Our service technicians must complete rigorous pre-requisite training prior to enrollment in any office equipment service school.  These manufactures training schools require intensive hands-on training combined with formal classroom sessions that challenge and test each service candidate prior to the certification process.  Upon graduation, our technicians will intern with senior field engineers until they have achieved the level of competency we require before taking service calls.
As a field engineer, each technician will continue his/her formal training on a scheduled rotation basis throughout their Image Systems career.
