Our technicians will identify themselves and request to see the client ‘service caller’ in order to properly address the reported service issue.

Equipment Instruction

Our client-vendor relationship doesn’t really begin until we have delivered, installed, and provided operator training for our new accounts.  We all benefit when the installed equipment is utilized to it’s full capabilities.  From initial installation through the system’s life cycle, we will insure that operator training is always available.    We encourage our clients to call us whenever new employees are in need of in-service training.

We have been installing digital copier/printers for our clients since 1995.  That decade of experience by certified professionals assures our clients of an efficient and seamless network connection.   Today, those installations include color copiers and printers, production print systems, tabletop scanners, and internet fax systems.   Regardless of the device, our professionals are ready, willing, and able to connect!

    
 
Equipment Service and Supply Programs**

(Programs are designed to match each clients’ equipment and usage requirements)

1. Cost per Copy Plan:  Combines all service requirements (including parts and on-site labor together with machine supplies) needed to operate & maintain equipment.
The Cost per Copy Plan guarantees clients of a single pre-set cost for each printed, copied, or faxed page from their digital product.
2. Global Cost per Copy Plan: Implementation of multiple digital devices may be combined into an aggregate cost per copy plan insuring the lowest possible cost for each page from each included device. 
3. Standard Maintenance Agreement:  Provides all parts and labor service requirements into one pre established and cost controlled program.  Supplies available at discounted rates for Standard Maintenance Agreement Clients.
