Image Systems NETCARE support is an extension of the break and fix support related to your Multifunction Print Devices.  Traditional service and supply plans cover on-site technical service related directly to parts and components of the MFP device, toner supplies, and travel but does not protect against network and server related malfunction.  The MFP has become a critical element of your network infrastructure and therefore demands additional attention beyond break and fix.  Having the right support team in place will help keep your organization on-line and properly configured at all times.

All NetCARE packages include:

  • Technical support available during standard business hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
  • Additional time after first hour is billed in 15 minutes increments.
