Client Expectations: - Upon Arrival at Service Location
Our technicians will identify themselves and request to see the client ‘service caller’ in order to properly address the reported service issue.
- Upon Completion of Service
Our technician will confirm that all repairs/adjustments have been successfully completed to client’s expectation.

Our client-vendor relationship doesn’t really begin until we have delivered, installed, and provided operator training for our new accounts. We all benefit when the installed equipment is utilized to it’s full capabilities. From initial installation through the system’s life cycle, we will insure that operator training is always available. We encourage our clients to call us whenever new employees are in need of in-service training.
We have been installing digital copier/printers for our clients since 1995. That decade of experience by certified professionals assures our clients of an efficient and seamless network connection.
